From a Molokaʻi kitchen
to your table.
“Life is about creating moments. Growing up in Hawaiʻi has always been about sharing good food with family and friends. I enjoy making people happy and watching them create their own moments here.”
Johnny started cooking as a teenager on Molokaʻi, learning recipes from family the way they’ve been done for generations. He cooked at Pau Hana Inn and went on to open his first restaurant, Oʻahu Grill. West Side Bar & Grill is his second.
